You’ve likely heard that expressing gratitude can transform your life, and I can wholeheartedly say it’s true.
At Ofcourse Interior Design Academy, we believe that gratitude extends beyond just words—it can also transform your space. As we prepare for our exciting March 2025 workshop, we’re focusing on how gratitude can elevate your home’s energy, even if there are areas you want to improve or declutter. A space filled with gratitude becomes a catalyst for abundance.
In anticipation of the workshop, I’ve been refreshing my home—reorganizing cabinets, nurturing my plants, burning calming aromatherapy candles, and spending time with my precious cat, Lola Priscilla. As I express gratitude for all these things, I feel an incredible surge of positive energy that flows into every corner of my life.
Here are some ways to infuse your daily routine with gratitude:

~Speak your gratitude: Tell people how much they mean to you with a simple thank-you note, email, or message. Sharing these words opens your heart and deepens your connection.
– Create gratitude lists: Write down everything you’re thankful for. A long gratitude list is an instant mood booster that can help you feel more grounded and empowered.

To take gratitude to the next level, try the Three Good Things exercise from Dr. Martin Seligman:
– Every night, write down three positive things that happened during your day—big or small. Describe them in detail. Studies show that within just one week, this practice can drastically shift your mindset, making you more open to abundance and joy.
Join us this March at Ofcourse Interior Design Academy to explore how gratitude can transform your home and life!
